Latest Korean show I am watching now?

This show is the Korean version of the hit Taiwanese series Meteor Garden.
It's real nice, trust me. Watch it!

Yes, the Shape Run 2009 is here again. For 2 consecutive years I participated in the run. I am so gearing up for the run. Excited to complete faster than last year.
This year, their t-shirt is fuchsia pink. My oh-so-favourite colour! And for being the first 1000 (kiasu) to sign up, they gave me a pair of Nike socks (which I love).
This time round, I will be running alone as Shikin, my running partner didn't manage to get sign-up. The places were snapped up in 42hours! It's their record so far.
I gotta say though, I haven't been training for this run. Guilty.

It was my mum's birthday yesterday. I took half day leave and Azera the whole day leave (like its her birthday) from work to celebrate the day with her. We surprised her by bringing her for lunch at Carousel at Royal Plaza on Scotts.

Feasting at Carousel

Look at the seafood platter. I had 2 plates.

Irresistible delights

A photo with the Birthday Girl.

Another surprise, the staff members at Carousel presented a cake to her with their beautiful rendition birthday song.

She was pleasantly surprised. Look at her face! Beautiful moment.

Pose with the cake is a must.

Credits to the event planners. Her big girls of course!

Kiss from us.

We gave her flowers too. Lilies. She loves it (Kiki also love it, we realised)!
We proceeded to shop in town. Bought her a clutch bag and frying pan (sort of) before we scooted off for a massage together. It was nice, just the 3 of us, no disturbances from the little one and "
the daddy" (of course there is the occasional phone call from him..hahs!).
Part 2 of the celebration was with the rest of the gang, Dad and the 2 little girls. We went to Sentosa.

On the way there.

We took the skyride and luge for the family, courtesy of Angah (interchangeable with Azera) as she took the Islander pass from her work place. We got great discounts for the rides.

While on the skyride. Fyra was making so much noise, worrying abt her slippers and what nots.

Fyra wonders why her Angah can still pose while on the
'dangerous' skyride.

Right before we went for the luge.

Daddy's girls.

Family portrait.

Birthday Girl on the luge.

Proof that we went for the Luge.

Second pose with the cake. We didn't eat the cake at Carousel so that we can share it with the rest of the gang.

2nd Family portrait.

Fyra and Oscar.

Goofing around Sentosa. We were eagling about.

After Sentosa, we went to Simpang Bedok for supper. Abah's treat. Then we retired for the day. Tired, but fulfilling. Till the next family celebration.

I have been visiting this TCM practitioner who has been advising me on my health.
I haven't been feeling good generally. I have been experiencing body aches and my body is drying up. Even though I drink loads of water a day, I keep peeing them away.
Norman, the TCM Doctor advised me that I need to sleep early everyday. At least before 11pm. And I really want to. He also mentioned that due to my late nights, its causing strain to my kidneys. So, I am gonna start sleeping early to boost my immune system.
Anyway, I have been rotting at home during my school hols. Its time to prepare for school again. BTW, I passed all my exams, Alhamdulillah. Looking forward for next semester.
A different me, a new me.

I love it.
Exams around the corner, the mugging needs to start. With many days ahead of my exams, I will be prepared comes the day one might say. But, it is all wrong. I am the mother of all procrastination. Why?
(1) The world wide web.
I am often distracted by my laptop which gives me access to the wonderful world of the internet. I get into facebook, read blogs, reply to my customers, watch shows on tudou.com and like now, update my own blog!
(2) American Idol.
I study at my dining table in my hall with easy access to the TV. American Idol on Wed and Thurs nights are not of any help at all.
(3) Sharifee
Ohh, yes. He is actually an indirect distraction. As we are experimenting this virtual relationship for 3 years, we only meet online via the web cam. So, again it gives me access to the internet. I surf while chatting with him.
(4) The Chalet, one might say... My house.
Noise, laughter, food, bed.
How to be prepared for my exams? I just have to study smart.
